I am Katy and I have been hosting events that relax and simultaneously uplift my attendees for 5 years . I guide you to tap back into your innate senses of sound with purposefully chosen music ,smell with delightful aromatherapy, alongside gentle tension reliving movement . Also taking some time to think about ‘our self’ , to express ( privately with just pen and paper) so you can connect in with your deserved hopes and desires. These sessions are designed to liberate you from some of the heaviness you may have been feeling.
