Many people ask me, how yoga and spiritual healing landed on my path, the answer is that my younger self suffered and survived an eating disorder. For many of those years, the fitness environment became triggering for me and so I turned to Yoga in an effort to find a little silver lining of joy in life, in movement and in my body. That powerful choice to leave my then toxic lifestyle and dedicate myself to yoga brought me so much more than just relief and clarity I found purpose, passion, happiness and freedom, and I’ve made it my mission in life to inspire others to do the same, no matter their starting point, their body type, shape or size. Retreats are unbelievably powerful and are something that inspired my own path with yoga and self-love. I am so excited to show you just how transformational they can be!
