Lucie Carthy

Lucie comes from a cultural background where any expresion of who you are was surpressed from an early age. She grew up thinking that her thouthgs, what she loved and her ideas didn’t matter. When she was 30 years old, she succeeded in getting what she was striving for but she was the furthest away from who she really was. She felt disconnected and lonely. This was a turning point. She started a journey of discovering what matters to her and who she really was. She became a life coach and on her path discovered her creativity and self-expression through art. She has facilitated workshops globally and guided individuals towards authenticity and a more fulfilling life. She has recently moved to Cairns and spends her days creating art, baking, and being in awe of the beautiful nature around her."Art is a very vulnerable yet beautiful way of being in this world. It allows us to discover who we are and express it. It brings joy, connection and presence."
