Lynda Strong

I have had a diverse and fulfilling life, filled with various roles and experiences. For 22 years, I dedicated myself to education, imparting knowledge and shaping young minds. During this time, I also took on the responsibility of caring for my father in his final moments, providing comfort and support during his time of need. As a mother, I faced unique challenges in raising a son with autism, but it has only strengthened my resolve and taught me the power of unconditional love. Later in life, I discovered my true identity as a lesbian, embracing my authentic self and living life on my own terms. Along the way, I endured narcissistic abuse, but I emerged as a survivor, stronger and wiser than ever before. Through my training in vibrational sound healing, intuitive chakra cleansing, and trauma and addiction recovery coaching, I have found my calling in helping caregivers, teachers, and parents strengthen themselves. In my personal life, I find joy in the simple pleasures of nature, traveling, cooking delicious meals, and constantly seeking new ways to take care of my well-being and create a nurturing home environment. I am currently residing in Waukesha, WI, where I live with my beloved son and our furry companions, Hunter and Biscuit.
