As a qualified ILM Level 7 coach and assessor, I love working with business entrepreneurs as well as those in big business to develop their skills and be creative because this allows individuals to walk into their destinies. I am always in awe of the hard work and dedication my clients put in to aspire to be the best.My senior leadership background in education has allowed me to lead outstanding departments, develop and run borough-wide initiatives; hold CPD workshops; coach staff and facilitate workshops. Working locally and internationally with business owners has given me insight as to what clients want for themselves and their business i.e, success.I currently facilitate my own workshops or collaboratively with other coaches to present a wide range of subjects.
