Driven by a fondness for cooking, Marie's love for nutrition and sharing led her to quit an unfulfilling career in marketing to pursue her passion. From a Balinese hotel to high-end spa in Paris and vegan Jamaican restaurant: Self-taught, honed her culinary skills in various kitchens over the past 5 years which led her to now working as a chef, consultant, and recipe developer internationally.Marie is convinced that our diet and lifestyle remain our best allies to live a happy and healthy life. Her most powerful tools of inspiration are, not only seasonal ingredients but her experiences gathered from travels and her work alongside dietitians and nutritionists which allowed her to become knowledgeable in that field.
