I'm a certified Yoga Teacher and Ayurvedic Therapist with a deep passion for holistic healing and mindful movement. My journey has taken me across the world—from studying and teaching in Thailand & Bali to deepening my practice while living in the Philippines & studying Ayurveda in India. These diverse cultural experiences have enriched my approach, allowing me to blend ancient wisdom with modern understanding. Whether through breath-led Vinyasa flows or personalized Ayurvedic guidance, I’m here to support others in reconnecting with balance, vitality, and inner peace.
