Meet Matt – originally from Poland, but proudly calling Scotland home for the past several years. He’s opened a string of successful restaurants across the city and recently brought his flavour-packed vision to the street food scene. You might know him as the creative force behind two of Edinburgh Street Food’s most popular vendors: Bundits and Softcore. Matt loves sharing his passion for food, culture, and hospitality with others, and keeps things close to home by running a proudly family-operated business. He even brought his skills to the screen, appearing on Professionals Come Dine with Me. Whether it's pierogi or bao, Matt’s all about great food made with heart! His bubbling personality will leave you impressed and feel like home, while learning how to make pierogi!
