mbWorship, a ministry of the Missouri Baptist Convention, exists to equip and encourage worship leaders across our state. Our mission is to raise up leaders who are deeply rooted in biblical truth and dedicated to sharing the gospel of Jesus Christ through music. Every two years, we host a statewide conference designed to inspire, train, and send leaders back into their churches and communities equipped to lead others in worship with excellence and faithfulness.
