I am a yoga instructor, passionate about sharing my love for yoga and all it's benefits. Looking after our physical and mental health in this ever-busy world is so important. Trained in Rishikesh, India in Hatha & Iyengar Yoga, and gaining additional training in Arm-balancing and Prenatal & Postnatal yoga, brings a well-rounded approach to my classes.I host Yoga sessions/events in the Park, helping you connect to your breath, slow down & connect inward, while at the same time stretching and strengthening through the body."Yoga is not about touching your toes, it is about what you learn on the way down" - Jigar Gor
