I am a mother of 3, sharing the blessings of yoga since 2016 and since my first born who is now nearly 5, I've been focused on holding Women’s Circles and specialise in sharing the Feminine practices that honour the cyclical & seasonal wisdom within the female body & psyche throughout women's life stages. Within all of my offerings, I weave in the healing power of conscious rest.Guided by mother nature's teachings, the spaces I hold honour our connection with the earth and the elements so we may remember and embody our innate wisdom and wellbeing as women.My Yoga classes encourage us to connect with our body in an authentic and nurturing way, receiving the movement and rest as nourishment for all the layers of our being.I focus strongly on sharing the tools that heighten our awareness of the body, mind and breath in the present moment, the subtle communications and developing witness consciousness, which ultimately means coming home to yourself with an embrace of compassion and acceptance for all that arises.The movement practices I share include gentle and more spiraling rhythmic sequences alongside the more common linear yoga poses and together with the yoga nidra guided deep relaxation, guided meditations, breath awareness, and sacred hand gestures, they bring awareness and life force particularly to the energetic and physical spaces of the heart and womb.My women's circles and day retreats offer a deeper dive into the healing power of community and sisterhood and the heart-opening medicine of Ceremonial Cacao. They are an invitation to deepen our knowing of how supported & guided we are in our lives, if we create the inner and outer space to truly feel it all.I offer these practices humbly as they are necessary reminders for me too! An ongoing practice of my own to come back home to all parts of myself with love and acceptance, to honour and listen to my heart, my womb & my souls guidance. And to continue to deepen my relationship with the Divine and open to the sacredness, magic and beauty in life ever more, again and again.With love,Mel♥
