Mengjia is a Mindful (Hypno)therapist. Through her own recovery process after abdominal surgery and burnout, she has developed a mindfulness-based framework to help people improve their well-being in a holistic way. She also harnesses the power of Hypnosis and BWRT (BrainWorking Recursive Therapy) for deeper and faster results.Mengjia specialises in (but not limited to) anxiety and stress reduction, pain management, healing and boosting self-confidence. Her methods include a mindfulness approach where she tailors a wellbeing programme using breathwork, yoga, meditation and sound healing. She also uses her knowledge of Chinese tea ceremony to promote conscious and mindful living.While Mindfulness remains the core, hypnotherapy is her most powerful tool for offering people solutions in a single session. It is a highly effective method that puts you in a trance, where your conscious mind comes to rest. This allows you to communicate directly with your subconscious, which is the centre of your emotions, memories and protective mechanisms.
