Mid West ARIES

We are the mental health recovery education service in HSE Mid West.We work with communities in Limerick, Clare & North Tipperary to provide an educational programme on mental health recovery & well-being.We are hybrid education service offering a range of free courses online via Zoom and in-person across the Mid West region.Anyone over the age of 18 with an interest in mental health and well-being can sign up for our workshops.If you have questions about our workshops please review our FAQshttps://midwestaries.ie/learn/faqs/------------------------------------------------------------------------What Makes Mid West ARIES Courses Different?------------------------------------------------------------------------All of our courses are co-produced and co-delivered.
