Hi! My name is Mikayla Moore. I am a glass artist located here in Oregon City. I started glass art during the pandemic while looking for a new creative outlet and it quickly became my passion. I find glass art to be very empowering- I get to break glass and tile. I melt metal and solder. I mix cement and grout. I turn these hard items into beautiful works of art.By day, I work as an office administrator while pursuing a degree in Human Resources. My first degree is in Early Childhood Education and Family Studies. I love opportunities to build relationships and connect with the community. In my free time, you will find me with my nose in a book or at a local eatery playing Cribbage with my partner, Craig.I hope that you will consider taking one of my workshops!
