MINDSET Self-Defence & Close Quarters Combat

The MINDSET weekend self-defence workshops are held over one or two days, depending on the venue availability. Workshops and courses are structured to suit corporates, non-profits, educational facilities and local communities whose participants are aged 13 years and older.The MINDSET workshop and courses are safe, fun and informative but most of all they are hands-on, working with techniques that are easy to learn, easy to apply, easy to remember and can be used straight away. They are probably the most comprehensive, accessible and enjoyable women's self defence syllabus in New Zealand and Australia.
