Our mission at MVMT Physical Therapy is to use mechanical care to help you perform pain-free. We offer a unique focus on dancers due to the clinician's dance background. Our guiding principle is that most musculoskeletal pain is “mechanical” in origin. Therefore, mechanical pain will respond to mechanical forces movement. Some of the services that are offered are: *McKenzie Method (MDT) for Spine & Extremities *Spine Rehabilitation *Vestibular Rehabilitation *Fall Prevention and Balance Rehabilitation Programs *Orthopedic and Sports Injury/Return to Sport *Pre- and Post-operative Rehabilitation *Education for Preventative Care We help patients in Raleigh, Durham, Apex, Morrisville, Cary, Chapel Hill, and surrounding NC area.We host weekly Mobility & Flexibility classes Saturday at noon both at our facility as well as virtually online.
