Hello Ladies,I am the owner, creator, and lead instructor of KARDIOJAM, a women-only cardio dance fitness experience that celebrates empowerment, body positivity, and self-expression. KARDIOJAM is built on the belief that movement and emotional health are just as important as physical fitness. I created KARDIOJAM to provide a safe space where women can break social barriers, embrace their unique rhythms, and express themselves freely through dance. As a choreographer and fitness enthusiast, I am passionate about fostering a community that values self-confidence, inclusivity, and joyful movement. My goal is to inspire participants to feel empowered, to take up space, and to move with energy, positivity, and authenticity.
