Neurodivergent Support - NDspt

Neurodivergent Support (NDspt) is a lived experience-led organisation offering inclusive workshops, 1:1 support, and guidance tailored to autistic and otherwise neurodivergent individuals. We create safe, empowering spaces where people can explore identity, sensory needs, communication styles, and real-world challenges through accessible, compassionate learning.Our mission is to promote understanding, empathy, and practical change across workplaces, education, and communities. All of our workshops are rooted in autistic-led perspectives and co-produced with input from individuals and families across the neurodivergent spectrum.With the support of trusted Ally organisations such as PAACT (Parents and Autistic Children Together) and the Lincolnshire Autistic Society, NDspt delivers sessions that encourage inclusive thinking, personal reflection, and shared growth.
