This is accomplished through accessible, evidence-based mindfulness training rooted in rigorous standards of teaching, and contribution to research and contemplative dialogue.Teacher: Noelle LimNoelle Lim attended the teacher training course in Mindfulness Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT) at Oxford Mindfulness Centre, Oxford University.
