We enhance and support learning opportunities for children with disabilities and those who are at risk from birth to age 21 in Clatsop, Columbia, Tillamook and Washington counties.Since 2006, the Northwest Regional ESD Foundation has awarded 507 grants totaling $500,601, making a difference in the lives of 62,691 young children, students and their families. In addition, the foundation is grateful to have received $300,000 from local foundations that share our mission.
