Old Station 31 Spirits

Nestled in the heart of Dale Wisconsin, we found a special place; the original Dale fire station. Built in 1938, it was used for 51 years until being replaced in 1989. It has been many things in the years that followed, but in 2023 we moved in with the intention of preserving the fire stations history and translating its richness into our distillery, OLD STATION 31 SPIRITS.The old fire station carries with it an unwavering sense of dedication to family, tradition, and service that we want you to feel and taste every time you open one of our bottles; thus we are meticulous about using only the finest ingredients,, then with the purest water, we mill, mash and distill all by hand, to craft our smooth premium spirits.
