My name is Olwyn. I host wild food foraging workshops and walk and talks to empower people to connect to local landscapes through eating wild plants. I help you learn to to identify edible plants, understand their ecological connections, and know their importance as food and medicinal plants for humans and the many ways we can use them. I also teach yoga and am a Thai yoga massage practitioner.
