Once Upon a Sound

Hello, I'm Lily, a certified craniosacral therapist and sound therapist with a deep passion for helping people reconnect with themselves through the healing power of sound. I have studied with the British Academy of Sound Therapy and bring years of experience in creating safe, nurturing spaces for deep relaxation and emotional release.My sound baths are carefully designed to promote the deepest levels of relaxation, using gentle techniques and carefully chosen intervals to support mental, emotional, and physical well-being. I blend the sounds of instruments such as crystal bowls, a monochord, and other therapeutic instruments to create a powerful, immersive sound experience.I also offer one-to-one sound therapy sessions and have a particular passion for supporting parents and carers of special needs children, as my own son has special needs. I know how vital it is to have moments of respite and self-care, and I strive to create spaces where everyone can feel truly cared for.Through sound, I hope to offer you a moment of peace and healing.
