Opportunity, Diversity and InclusionThe Division of Opportunity, Diversity, and Inclusion promotes fair and equitable business practices for both employees and business partners that helps the department fulfill its mission. The division accomplishes its work through the efforts of three offices:Business & Economic Opportunity: Oversees ODOT's Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) and Small Business Enterprise (SBE) programs.Civil Rights Compliance: Ensures ODOT and its contractors are in compliance with civil rights requirements and non-discrimination laws, rules, regulations, and executive orders, including Title VI and Americans with Disabilities Act.Outreach: Coordinates outreach events and workshops.You can find your event on our website page: https://www.transportation.ohio.gov/wps/portal/gov/odot/programs/outreach/outreach#page=1
