In our physical training, our mental discipline, and our attitude to life in general.We teach this through traditional Okinawan Goju-Ryu Karate training as a good foundation of fitness and self defence skills, sport karate tournament training, and self defence workshops and courses which are available as community classes and corporate workshops for staff.Our 30-minute Cardio & Core classes that are designed for busy people. A great option if you need low-impact options for cardio and strength exercises to complement your fitness regime if you walk, swim or run during the week.
