At People's Circus Theatre, our mission is to create circus theatre performances that speak to our most basic experience of being human.People are at the center of everything we do: the stories we tell, the audiences we serve, and the collaborating artists.Amongst our audiences, we seek to build community, increase empathy, and provide a safe space for experiencing and processing deep, personal emotions.We are committed to representing and celebrating the diversity of humankind.We tell everyday stories of universal human experiences through the extraordinary and multi-faceted skills of human artists.We believe in preserving the dignity of all people and are committed to a sustainable approach to arts creation and production. This includes working towards a living wage for our artists while prioritizing their emotional, physical, and mental health.
