My name is Pia Poblete and I am an intuitive empath, preventative wellness guru, multi-disciplinary artist and single parent. As a survivor of anxiety, depression and toxic relationships, my goal is to share everything I have learned about energy in my 12 years of practice as a Reiki Master Teacher, Acupressurist, Restorative Yoga Instructor, Oracle, and Guided Meditation Facilitator. I’m most excited to help people to see their sensitivities and empathic abilities as STRENGTHS, instead of weaknesses. Learning the difference between personal energy, universal energy and how it can be exchanged and moved, was life-changing for me as a young single mom, and I look forward to helping others who may be in the same position.
