Pidapipo Laboratorio

The Pidapipo Laboratorio is our new flagship store that’s also a lab for gelato flavour experimentation, a temperature-controlled room for chocolate making and a test kitchen for future flavours that may or may not make it onto the menu at all of our stores.At the Lab, we are churning test flavours every day using hard-to-find and interesting ingredients in surprising combinations displayed on a constantly changing LED menu under a barrisol ceiling wired to change colour whenever we feel like a change in mood.Watch our staff in their Perks & Mini-designed uniforms work in the glass-walled production kitchen and shop for gelato or chocolate or Pidapipo merch in the retail store at the front.
