Polly Garrett is deeply passionate about sharing the transformative power of yoga and its myriad of health benefits. Specializing in both Vinyasa and Yin yoga styles, she is dedicated to crafting classes that cater to individuals of all skill levels, fostering a safe and nurturing environment for her students.Polly values the sense of generosity and community within the yoga world, adopting a "have mat, will travel" approach to attend classes and workshops wherever she can. Alongside her yoga journey, she has developed a keen interest in the therapeutic effects of Sound Therapy, utilizing crystal singing bowls, gongs, and other healing instruments. She firmly believes that the harmonious integration of yoga, meditation, and sound therapy can bring profound peace and balance into the lives of her participants.Polly's personal yoga practice has led her to explore yoga more deeply, resulting in her becoming a 200-hour Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT) through HotHouse Yoga. She holds additional certifications in Yin Yoga, Restorative Yoga, Yoga for Special Populations, Yoga Nidra and is a Certified Sound Healing Practitioner.
