Mel is a level 1 certified Kundalini Yoga teacher and studied under Guru Dass at the International College of Kundalini Yoga in Australia. She studied playing the gong with the 'Gong Master' Don Conreaux. Mel gets great pleasure out of helping people reach a sense of calmness, relaxation and rejuvenation through yoga, meditation and gong sound healing
