Real Options for City Kids

Real Options for City Kids (R.O.C.K.) is an award-winning nonprofit serving San Francisco kids who need it most. Our mission is to nurture the healthy development of children by listening attentively to their needs and by providing opportunities to those who might not otherwise have access. We serve more than 900 children and youth (ages 6-17) with a framework that develops healthy social and emotional skills, instills strong academic behaviors, and broadens horizons. Our year-round programs include sports/fitness activities, academic support, learning enrichment, community service, outdoor adventures, and leadership training.
