Rebecca Morris

About

Rebecca is a Certified Personal Trainer and has been working in the fitness industry for close to 10 years. From 2015-2020, she worked as a Registered Dietitian and Personal Trainer at Life Time Fitness in Westwood, MA and then from 2020-2024 she worked as a Fitness Coach at Orangetheory Fitness (most recently in Dover, NH until this location closed). Rebecca loves working in the group environment and getting to cheer people on and enjoy their fitness. Her hope is that you can disconnect from stressors for an hour and have fun while sweating and getting stronger.Rebecca lives in Dover, NH with her husband and two young children. She also works at North Country Hard Cider! She is very excited to bring two of her passions together for these Power (Happy) Hour events.
