Rise Up Roses is a 501(c)3 nonprofit organization that helps parents, teachers, and children by providing mindfulness tools through movement so they experience a stronger belief in themselves, emotional regulation, inner awareness, and transformation in their overall health.Students are taught math, science, and reading... but what about managing emotions and stress? The reality is that 1 in 5 students struggle with anxiety, and teachers report losing over 20 minutes a day dealing with behavioral issues. Consequences? Increased stress, anxiety, and burnout for both students and teachers, leading to higher rates of classroom disruptions and disciplinary actions. The Solution? Practice Self Regulation & Mindfulness!
