Roost Restaurant & Union Arts Center is an American brasserie, located inthe fully restored iconic Union Arts Center building, with elevated fare from Kumamoto Oysters from the Raw Bar, Little Gem Caesar with Polenta Croutons from the Greens menu, charcoal grilled market fish, steak and poultry. Roost's bar serves classic cocktails, a weighty list of signature cocktails like the Smoked Rooster made with Espolón Blanco Tequila, Salt Smoked Lemon, Lemon Juice and homemade Limoncello - whose name pays homage to Roost's former address — along with bottled beers and a selection of fine wine vintages. Popular dishes include Shrimp with Plantains, impeccable Maine mussels and Mushroom Toast.
