Run Kids Run

Run Kids Run is a social impact initiative which organises running events for primary schools.It's aim is to promote health and fitness, bring local communities together and raise funds for schools by connecting them with corporate sponsors who operate in their area. We host events in Islington, Camden, Newham, Hackney, and Battersea and to date have raised over £250k for 33 state schools.In the first year, each participating school receives a £5,000 donation to kick-start an improvement project which furthers the education experience of the pupils. These range from refurbishing playgrounds or IT infrastructure to organising sports clubs or funding mental health support. We mobilise the whole school to supplement the donated funds and ask all pupils to seek sponsorship from friends and family for their running challenge.In subsequent years, each participating schools is eligible for match-funding on their fundraising of up to £5,000.We are always looking for sponsors to support our events as the more sponsors come on board, the more schools we can support. 100% of donations are passed on to the schools and they report back on the use of the donated funds for sponsors to track the impact of their investment.
