We are based in Peterborough, where we hold regular free Sahaja Yoga meetings. Sahaja Yoga is unique because it gives true enlightenment which can be felt as sensations on the central nervous system. This also gives the ability to Meditate in silence with no effort.We are always happy to talk to groups about what we do and to conduct guided Meditations for any number of people.
