Hello, I'm Sarah a licensed Acupuncturist, Yoga Teacher and Retreat Facilitator dedicated to helping clients restore balance and vitality through holistic healing. Originally from the UK, but now calling Ireland home, I founded Acu-Flow Ireland to integrate the wisdom of Traditional Chinese Medicine with the mindful movement of yoga, offering a compassionate and personalised approach to wellness. ​I host regular yoga and acupuncture events across Dublin as well as retreats in Ireland and overseas.
