Hi, I'm Sarah from Acu-Flow Ireland, a 500 RYT Teacher based in Dublin, Ireland. I began practicing yoga over 20 years ago as a way to manage stress. With a background of working in education and the international development sector, time on the yoga mat was a chance to unwind and stay centered. However, yoga took on an even bigger role in my life when I decided to leave my job and undertake my 200hr Foundation Teacher Training with the School Yoga Institute on the magical Lake Atitlan in Guatemala in 2016 and later went on to complete my 300-hour Advanced Teacher Training with the Elbowroom in Dublin. What turned out to be a venture to deepen my own yoga practice, turned into a full-time vocation.I'm qualified in a range of styles of yoga including Vinyasa, Hatha, Restorative and Yin, with compassion and mindfulness being at the core of both my own practice, as well as the space I hold for others.As well as being a qualified Thai Yoga Massage Therapist, completing my training with the Mudita School of Thai Yoga Massage in Thailand in 2017, I also have a strong interest in Traditional Chinese Medicine and I'm currently training to be an Acupuncturist.
