Santa Clara County Office of Education (SCCOE) Teacher Residency ProgramSCCOE's Teacher Residency Program is an innovative and affordable pathway to full-time teaching. In just one year, Resident Teachers earn a California Preliminary Teaching Credential while engaging in coursework and clinical practice under the guidance of an expert mentor. Resident Teachers receive $25,000 in grant funding during the residency year in exchange for a commitment to 4 years of teaching service in Santa Clara County.
