Hi I'm Sherrye! 18 year yoga practitioner residing in Baltimore, Maryland. 200hr Registered Yoga Teacher. Life long yoga student and sometimes a teacher. I specialize in breath centered vinyasa and hatha style yoga. I offer a variety of yoga classes and wellness workshops. These classes are designed to meet you where you are, so feel free to ask questions, move at your own pace, and embrace the process.
