Hello everyone,My name is Susana and I am happy to introduce myself. If you have reached this website you may be investigating how to improve your well-being, trying to find new activities for your weekend, maybe you just moved to NL and you would like to meet new people, or you are just looking for different ways to connect with nature.I have always loved spending time in nature. Recently, I became curious about how trees can help us feel better, which led me to learn about forest bathing. Now, after completing training with the Forest Therapy Hub, I am a certified Forest Bathing Guide.Always interested in finding ways to improve our well - being, my professional journey started with my studies to become a Shiatsu Therapist. In 2008 I obtained my Shiatsu diploma from the Amigos del Shiatsu School in Spain, a program accredited by both the Association of Shiatsu Professionals in Spain and the European Shiatsu Federation. My interest in Traditional Chinese Medicine further motivated me to gain insights into Acupuncture at the School of Complementary Medicine in Madrid.Throughout the years, I have combined my work in the corporate world with Shiatsu and, more recently, Forest Bathing. I am enthusiastic about the prospect of guiding people through these sensory journeys, offering a blend of expertise and passion for holistic well-being.
