Shooting Star Dance Center was founded in 1978 by owner/director Carol-Ann Boardway Chapin. Miss Carol has been dancing for nearly 40 years. She received her Masters in Ballet and Theatrical Arts from the Dance Educator’s of America Teacher Training School in 1982 and continues to learn and train consistently.
