I began teaching yoga in 2018 to feed my craving for community. I wanted to stretch, dance, move, and meditate with other Black women on a spiritual journey. These practices have helped me to learn so much about who I am and who I am not. It is my mission to help you feel at home in your body, move stuck emotions, & transmute your trauma.
