The Body Factoryis a Los Angeles based group fitness company founded by Certified Personal Trainers Liana Jade and Sanura.After being hired at a luxury gym a week apart from each other, the two became fast friends and discovered a shared passion for empowering women through movement. Recognizing the need for a more personalized, supportive fitness environment, they combined their experience, expertise, and vision to create The Body Factory; a space where members of all backgrounds can build strength, confidence, and lasting friendships.With a focus on group training that blends functional strength and endurance, Sanura and Liana are dedicated to helping their members unlock their full potential, both physically and mentally.
