We want to meet the real person, not the sales persona.Every meeting starts with a recognised industry professional delivering what we call a 10 Minute Tip. We then go around the room discussing how the tip resonates with our own experience. The big difference is that I actively encourage everybody around the table to butt in whenever they feel like it, including the tip.
