HAS is a Houston-based psychotherapy, acupuncture, yoga therapy and mindfulness center that offers an integrated wellness approach to caring for your whole person. Instead of having multiple doctors in various locations to care for every separate concern, our team works as a cohesive unit to care for you. We assist clients with everything from mental and emotional struggles to physical battles, including chronic illness and cancer care, insomnia, pain, digestion, and reproductive health issues.
