We’re Roxy & Sue Ann, co-founders of The Flow of Life YogaWe offer inclusive prenatal and postnatal yoga classes, Embodied Birth Education classes, 85hr Prenatal Yoga Teacher Trainings, doula and birthworker trainings, and workshops.Our pillars are functional movement, evidence-based childbirth education and inclusivity.
