The Green In Between

The Green In Between has been set up by Sharon Hall an experienced mental health nurse of twenty years. Her passion is to help people find their "greener life" here and now by raising awareness of the benefits of time in nature. Every month she will offer an art inspired workshop. These are small intimate groups with others who are looking for inspiration and new ways to find joy in life. There are also Forest Therapy Walks to be enjoyed - watch out for these events coming soon.The Green In Between is planning to host Retreat Days very soon where a rich program of activities will be on offer including a light lunch. These days will have a "pay it forward" element - allowing Sharon to offer reduced price Forest Therapy Walks and Art Workshops to those who would benefit but may be unable to pay to attend.Perhaps, a group isn't what you want - you can also book in for an hour session with Sharon on a one to one basis to explore any issues that currently weigh heavy on you. These may be supported by time with Noah's ART animals, walking in nature and creating expressive art works. Check out the website for more information
