Hi, my name is Laura. I’m an Initiated Humpiq Nusta (Andean Medicine Woman of the Lineage of the Seven Rays), Certified Mindfulness Teacher, Shamanic Breathwork practitioner, a mental health activist, an ambassador of joy, the founder of Secret Sunrise Singapore, a Yoga and Dance Facilitator and so much more.I am diverse and multi faceted, I am passionate and colourful. Through my journey, I have discovered that I am a hummingbird, flying from flower to flower, discovering all the sweetness life has to offer, cross-pollinating the world with my knowledge and everything I have to offer, so that others may bloom and grow.My mission is to help others to empower themselves to connect to their inner joy spark to find belonging within themselves.Through one-on-one healing and group ceremonies, live events, corporate workshops and retreats, I guide people to understand how to use their inner wisdom to change their lives.Working with me, I use my training as well as my personal experience, to support you in finding the medicine that works for you.Everything I teach and the spaces I hold, are rooted in the earth, through movement, mindfulness and connection back to nature, bringing greater transformation and clarity to every experience.
