We are Kim and Carl, the owners of The Manse Retreat in Northamptonshire. We run retreats for individuals suffering from emotional trauma and PTSD. We offer change work therapy, where we change how unpleasant memories are encoded. You can't change history, but you can change how you feel about it.We also attend regular mind and body events to promote sound healing.
